At Lionshare LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain pet hygiene items and personalized products are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons. Sale items are also final and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was received.
